Your First Service
At National Fireplace Repair we give a two hour arrival window. The initial service starts with a full diagnosis and full cleaning. If any parts are needed we will provide a quote for the part and lead time for returning. We collect the diagnosis/cleaning fee during the first appointment and collect payment for any replacement parts(if needed) on the second appointment. There is no charge to install or return with the part. All services are guaranteed for one year, parts are based on the manufactures warranty periods.
Our Story
Our owner and lead technician, took his construction experience across multiple trades and has applied it to fireplaces. Being able to work on gas, electrical, framing, and roofing has made it an easy transition to working in a field with very few industry experts. The broad knowledge it takes to being able to identify issues requires the knowledge across many other construction fields.
